I have been doing boot camp for almost a year...Brad is highly motivational and helpful.....Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings always start off on a high note...we work hard but also have a great awesome way to start the day!....I would highly recommend having a won’t be disappointed

A Small Group Challenge That Packs a Punch

We will work together over12 weeks.

At Max Effort Fitness we try to mix it up from time to time.  You won’t have to go through the motions because we never do the same session twice, every session is different.  We also like to shake it up by working out in different places around Geelong, you might have seen us at Eastern Beach, your local park, Geelong Boxing & Obstacle Training or even The Loft Dance & Yoga Studio.  We won’t let the weather get in the way, the sessions are run @ Anytime Fitness - Bell Post Hill.
