How does the training work? Do I get an amount of sessions?
With us we don't do sessions packages, instead you pick how many days a week you would like to train with a PT by your side, and we set you up on a recurring PT bundle.
How long am I signed up for?
Depending on the bundle you pick with depend on the answer, if it is a PT bundle then is will go as long as you would like to train with us and only has a minimum term of 1 month.
However, If you are on the Challenge is will be a fixed term for the length of the challenge.
Can I Cancel?
You sure can, We understand that sometimes it just isn't the right fit, all we ask for is relevant notice before you stop so we can stop you direct debits
How do I pay?
We have two different options for you.
You can be on a weekly/fortnightly direct debit or we can send you a Invoice of a bulk amount.

Pretty simply call, It is to touch base with you and talk about your goals and history ion short to see if one or our trainers can help you. If so, we will then book a time to meet and discuss in depth your goals and habits to better help you reach your fitness goals
