We work together in 12-week blocks

At Max Effort Fitness we try to mix it up from time to time.  You won’t have to go through the motions because we never do the same session twice, every boot camp is different.  We also like to shake it up by working out in different places around Geelong, you might have seen us at Eastern Beach, your local park, The Rock Adventure Center or even The Loft Dance & Yoga Studio.  We won’t let the weather get in the way, the sessions are run indoors and outdoors.

We know all this fitness stuff can cost a lot of money and sometimes there’s no cash left at the end of the week, from time to time we do run free group training sessions for anyone around Geelong to come along to.
