I really enjoy going to my Gym sessions every Monday and Wednesday mornings I have a ball with brad Lomas teaching me.
I give Brad 5* ..... I have been doing boot camp for almost a year...Brad is highly motivational and helpful.....Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings always start off on a high note...we work hard but also have a great laugh....an awesome way to start the day!....I would highly recommend having a go...you won’t be disappointed
