Brad is a multi-skilled Fitness Freak! His classes are fun and enjoyable. I was recovering from a broken foot when I first started training with Brad at Max Effort Fitness. I was hesitant to start exercising again because I was worried about re-injury. Brad was incredibly patient and supportive, helping me slowly and safely build my strength back. Once my confidence returned, I achieved things I never thought I could - like participating and winning an 8-week challenge, running 5km for charity and learning powerlifting.

 

Brad is a fantastic trainer. He works with you to create goals and provides consistent support and encouragement along the way. He doesn’t just teach you how to use gym equipment; you learn about how your body moves and the types of exercises that suit you best. 

 

As well as one on one sessions, I’ve also completed a 12-week challenge with MEF. The group classes are so much fun! Brad creates a great variety of workouts and provides proper instruction and help when you need it. The environment was relaxed and inclusive, but you still work hard!

 

I’d highly recommend MEF for anyone looking for supportive, goal-focused training with an experienced team. Even if you are a beginner, you’ll never feel out of place and before you know it, you’ll find yourself actually enjoying exercise!
